Since 2016, Global Care, LLC has provided thousands of home visits to hundreds of clients across Massachusetts. We are a Medicare certified, fully accredited, non-franchised and family-owned agency. Our mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional support and services to clients in their homes and assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day activities.

We employ a team of certified or licensed healthcare professionals including registered nurses, licensed therapists and certified aides. Our staff undergoes rigorous background checks, regular trainings and maintains continuous education to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.

Home Health Aides

Generally are responsible for light cleaning, cooking, running errands, and doing laundry, as well as assisting clients with bathing, showering, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.

Registered Nurses and LPNs

Our experienced nurses provide and coordinate patient care, educate the clients and their family about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.

Occupational and Physical Therapy

These professionals are key to recovery for clients who are recuperating from injuries, illnesses, and surgery. They work with clients to help them regain movement and manage pain in a home setting.

Certified Nursing Assistant

The CNAs main role is to provide basic care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse, as well as assist them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own, such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and oral care.

Concierge Services

Provide clients transportation to doctors’ appointments, Pre-Op and Post-Op drop off and pick up, meet friends and family members, shopping stores per client request.

Homemakers

Provide homemaking services to clients including light housekeeping, preparing and serving meals or snacks, and shopping services for groceries.

Services for Veterans and Surviving Spouses

Global Care, LLC. is proud to be a Veteran owned home health agency. In fact, the owner’s family’s service record dates back 3 generations. As a thank you to those who served, we offer generous discounts to veterans and their widows.

Giving older people a positive ageing experience in their own homes

To achieve this, we bring together the social care, public, and private sectors in a bid to solve the challenges of an ageing society. With our knowledge and experience, we’ve become experts in the care of seniors, and how to support them and their families at home.

Home Instead was born in 1994, after founders Paul and Lori Hogan experienced the problems that dozens of other families faced, while trying to keep their 89-year-old grandmother safe and healthy at home. They wondered how other families with fewer members and resources were coping with caring for elderly relatives. Paul’s grandmother became Home Instead’s first client.

The company has since grown to become the world’s largest global home care network, supporting over 100,000 seniors. We’re committed to creating a world in which we’re all happy to grow older, and our personalised, tailored care is helping us achieve that. In 2021, we were acquired by Honor.
