Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Physical Therapists

Must have graduated from a Physical Therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the APTA; or the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
Must hold a license as a physical therapist by the Massachusetts Division of Registration in Allied Health Professionals.
Must have passed a proficiency exam from the U.S. Public Health Service or have two years of experience.
Must have a minimum of one year work experience as a physical therapist.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Physical Therapy Assistant

Occupational Therapists

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Home Health Aides

Must have completed at minimum, a 9th grade education or equivalent, and have reading and writing skills necessary to perform their job.
Must have completed an Aide training program of at least 75 hours which conforms to state and Federal requirements.
Must possess a certificate of course completion.
Must have the maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the patient, the patient’s family, and Global Care of Massachusetts’ staff
Must have a sincere interest in caring for the sick and disabled at home.
Must score at or above the cut-off established for competency testing
